My name is Jay and I'm 26 years old from Austin, Texas. I'm currently living in San Diego while serving in the United States Navy. I've been passionate about health and wellness for as long as I can remember, and I've been working out consistently for the past year. I'm passionate about the gym grind and striving to be the best version of myself. I'm excited to share my experiences and knowledge with others in the hopes of helping them reach their goals.

Fitness for me started with my depleting  health back in 2016. Walking into a Doctor's office way to many times with way to many things going wrong especially for how young I was. Once I realized that the culprit of my big problems were my weight gain and not being concerned the way I was treating my body overall. I knew I needed to change. If the only thing in life I had control over was my health then I was going to go all in. The gym, the food, the supplements going into my body was going to be my hyper focus. The lifestyle I have now, taught me that mental health is just as important as physical health.

Hi I’m Carolyn, Fitness and Weight loss has always been one of my greatest struggles. Between having PCOS, high cholesterol, diabetes and insulin resistance it seems like my body was fighting against me. When I had my health scare that landed me in the hospital in 2022 it was time to make a decision for not only my physical health but my mental health as well.  My Weight loss journey is just beginning but I am so proud of the progress I’ve made. My goals is to inspire others and show them that if I can do it so can you! And we will do it together.

I’m a Certified Person Trainer, currently working on my certification to become an online coach, and nutritionist. 

I love helping individuals find the right balance in life when it comes to incorporating fitness and food. We all begin somewhere. I know the gym can be a scary place for a beginner. I’m here to motivate, guide and bring out the confidence I know is in you.
